This page of terms of use consists of the terms and conditions under which you may use www.dcinternational.sg. By registering with us, you agree to all of the following:

All contents of this website are protected by copyright. Users of this website are prohibited to use, sell or modify the materials for any unlawful or commercial or public purposes, including without limitation criminal purposes. Users of this website are also prohibited to violate any rights of other users or store information anywhere with an intention to do so. Users are also prohibited to upload any materials that are deemed disturbing or illegal. This website is for potential candidates to search for jobs and for companies to search for suitable employees.
Responsibilities of Users
The users of DC International Job Portal shall be solely responsible for the following:

Modification/Suspension/Termination of Service
DC International may modify the service anytime so as to facilitate efficiency of the job search. DC International reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's registration or even the use of the website if any of the following happens:
| - | Violation of any terms and conditions listed in this page. | | - | Any information provided was found to be inaccurate or incomplete. | | - | It is no longer in the public interest to allow usage of the website, in the opinion of DC International or any regulatory authority. | | - | Full payment was not made to or received by DC International for registration or renewal of services. (Applicable for corporate entities only). As such, the user is deemed to be terminated as at the date of suspension stipulated by DC International and the user shall be liable for all charges incurred up to and including the date of suspension. |
This Agreement may be terminated when given prior notice to either party in writing of 30 days. In this case, the user shall be liable for Subscription Fees until the Date of Termination. (Applicable for Corporate Users Only).
Fees (Applicable for Corporate Users Only)
This clause is only applicable for corporate members seeking suitable employees. We assure you that individual job seekers shall not be charged a single cent by DC International.
The subscription fees for each of the Services shall be at the applicable rate indicated in DC Classifieds or written email by DC International Management.
Liability for the Subscription Fees shall accrue from the Commencement Date.
The user shall pay and maintain a certain amount of deposit with DC International as DC International may require. DC International reserves the right to increase the minimum deposit from time to time whenever so required. Upon termination of this Agreement, DC International may use the deposit to offset any amount owing from the user and the balance thereof shall be refunded to the user.
Payment
When Subscription Fees are payable, it shall be payable at or within credit terms as stated in the invoice(s) issued by DC International to the user.
The user who is liable to pay Subscription Fees, shall pay them on demand notwithstanding that the user disputes the same for any reason. In the event that a dispute is decided by DC International in the user's favour, DC International shall refund to the user any excess amount paid by the user free of interest.
In the event of late payment by the user of any sums due under this Agreement, DC International shall have the right to charge interests on the outstanding amount (at the rate specified in DC International's bill) from the due date until the date of full payment.
Refund Policy
Preview button are provided for all advertisements. Please preview your advertisements before making payment and posting. Fees paid will not be refunded once the advertisement is posted.
Advertisers are advised to make their own informed decision before they purchase any of our services. Refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of DC International, should an advertiser decide to withdraw their purchase.
Liability
DC International shall not be liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising from usage of our website, including any other website linked to ours, or during deactivation or suspension when carrying out system maintenance, upgrading, testing and other related work. DC International does not guarantee nor make any representation of an error-free website and thus will not be liable for any damages arising from this matter. DC International is not responsible for any employment or unemployment decisions made by our users.
DC International shall not be liable in any manner or otherwise as it is the user's sole responsibility in ensuring that all applicable laws, rules and regulations and all terms set by Singapore Telecommunications Ltd and the Telecommunications Authority of Singapore for the use of any telecommunications systems, service or equipment are complied with at all times when using the website.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DC International from and against all actions, claims, damages and demands, including without limitation for defamation, reasonable legal fees, alleging or resulting from the use of the Material or your breach of the terms in this page.
Changes to Agreement
DC International reserves the right to make any changes to this agreement without advanced notice to our users. We encourage our users to review this agreement periodically.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and DC International hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts. |
